The History of the Building

 

The northern edge of this property was part of the northern boundary of the Bingham-Baring estate.

 

3501-03: ŌCirca 1870, Second Empire-style double, stone facade over brick, double. First-floor projecting bays, slate mansard and dormer; 3503 has circa 1890 two-and-one-half story entrance addition with corbelled brick cornice, Victorian wood porch. Double bracketed wood corniceĶ
