3619 Powelton Avenue
3617-3619: “Circa 1870, two-and-one-half story,
Victorian stone double with symmetrical front projecting bays at the first
floor, regular fenestration: and a bay addition projecting to the east at the
second floor, and two windows in the slate-shingled mansard roof. Number 3619
has had alterations to its entrance and it is likely that the porch originally
extended across the entire facade.”
