3619 Powelton Avenue

3617-3619: “Circa 1870, two-and-one-half story, Victorian stone double with symmetrical front projecting bays at the first floor, regular fenestration: and a bay addition projecting to the east at the second floor, and two windows in the slate-shingled mansard roof. Number 3619 has had alterations to its entrance and it is likely that the porch originally extended across the entire facade.
