The Powelton Village Civic Association is an organization that serves the residents of the Powelton Village neighborhood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The PVCA consists of volunteers who contribute their time for the betterment of the community, and we are a Registered Civic Organization (RCO) empowered to consider requests for zoning variances in our neighborhood. We are a partner in the Mantua Powelton Alliance, which seeks to maintain affordability in Powelton Village and its adjoining neighborhoods.
Meetings
We typically hold regular membership meetings at 7:00 pm on the third Monday of every month (except July, August, and December) to discuss issues of importance to the people of Powelton Village. Please join us. In person meetings are held at the Metropolitan Baptist Church, 3500 Baring Street. Virtual membership meetings are conducted via Zoom, and links are circulated via the membership email list prior to each meeting.
